		<description>interesting article zak!  i was totally missing the boat on this topic.  thanks for keeping us updated.  i think chapin&#039;s play (ie wording) was perfect.  if the player could have avoided lethal, than he should have just been paying more attention.  it also doesn&#039;t hurt to just ask/verify, &quot;this one, this one and this one?&quot;  he has to respond.  he might just respond, &quot;yah, all my legal targets,&quot; but that would certainly be enough time to make the light turn on as to what has fear and what doesn&#039;t.  i guess i don&#039;t see the ethical ambiguity there.

re: all real cheating.  ultimately it comes down to whether you&#039;re out to prove your the better player or whether you&#039;re the better cheater.  cheaters suck, for sure and that&#039;s why you just have to be better than them!  :)</description>
